Kingsley Cares: Lending a Paw at the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth

At Kingsley Management, community isn’t just where we work — it’s who we are. Through our Kingsley Cares initiative, we’re always looking for ways to give back. This month, that meant spending the afternoon with some four-legged friends in need at the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth.

The Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society is an incredible organization that provides shelter, care, and hope for animals in need. Our visit included a tour of their incredible facility, some much-appreciated time seeing their adoptable animals, and volunteering with their Pet Pantry Program — which supports over 3,000 families every year by helping them keep their pets in safe, loving homes.

It was an afternoon filled with wagging tails, happy purrs, and meaningful connections. For many of us, it was a powerful reminder of the unconditional love animals offer and the vital role community support plays in protecting them.

We’re proud to support the work of the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society and encourage others to consider donating, volunteering, or adopting a new best friend. A little love goes a long way — and every small act of kindness helps create a better life for pets in need.
